This page is rarely revised because I always forget about it. It originally consisted of my source notes. I apologize for the incompleteness of many of the entries, and promise to do better next time. I only own a few of the books mentioned, and in most cases I made photocopies of the Sloan pages or simply took notes. In all cases, I abstracted the data and entered it in the Sloan Database. Thanks to several contributors, it's slowly growing. New additions are welcomed, if possible, provide name, author, date, publisher, and location of document. If you own a book and are willing to do "look-up" service, please provide E-mail address.
