There is no Sloan Tartan!!
At least that is what everyone says. Both officially and unofficially.  There are several Tartan related websites on the internet, but none list Sloan as an individual Tartan.  HOWEVER!! Sloans can identify with their District Tartan for their County or area.  Several websites list the Galloway District as ancestral home of the Sloans. The Galloway District contains Kirkcudbright and Wigtown Counties.
